Group TOMORROW X TOGETHER has made a successful start by ranking 1st on Oricon’s daily single chart and 2nd on the weekly single chart 1 week into their Japanese debut.
On the 22nd, according to the January 27th (1/13~1/19) ranking announced by Oricon, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s Japanese debut single ‘MAGIC HOUR’ which was released on the 15th had made a record of 84,322 points and ranked themselves 2nd on the ‘Oricon weekly single chart’.
In addition, after the release of the single, they entered the ‘Oricon daily single chart’ at 3rd place and ranked 1st on the 16th, 17th, 19th and 20th, showing the appearance of a popular rookie.
The Japanese debut single MAGIC HOUR’ contains 3 songs which are the Japanese versions ‘Crown’ from last year’s debut album ‘The Dream Chapter: Star’, ‘Run Away’ from the first full length album ‘The Dream Chapter: Magic’.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER who made their debut in March 2019, was awarded the Rookie Award at 8 award ceremonies starting with the Male Rookie Award at ‘2019 MGMA’ and ‘New Artist of the Year – Album’ at the ‘9th Gaon Chart Music Awards’.
