Actor Don Lee has confirmed his appearance in Marvel Studio's new film, 'Eternals.'
Don Lee's agency, BIG PUNCH Ent said through an official statement on the 21st, "Don Lee is going to appear in Marvel Studio's new film, 'Eternals', which makes him the first Korean actor to star in a film by Marvel Studio."
The film 'Eternals' depicts the story of a fight between the immortal species called ‘Eternals’ who have superpowers that can control the energy of the universe which was created by Celestials that visited the Earth millions years ago to experiment humankind and the villain Deviants.
Don Lee is planned to play the role of Gilgamesh in the movie. He is one of the ten main characters of ‘Eternals’ and Don Lee will be the first actor of Korean-descent to play a main character of Marvel Studio.
Don Lee has presented his own unique and rare character and charm not only in Korea but also in Asia and North America and various countries as he has showed his unrivaled and realistic acting and powerful action. Don Lee who has starred in the movies, such as Train to Busan, The Outlaws, Unstoppable, The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil and who also delivered the news of attending Cannes Film Festival and has received offers from Hollywood, joins Marvel Studio with ‘Eternals’ which attracts attention to his ongoing activities.
Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, and Richard Madden confirmed their appearance in the film and Chloe Zhao of The Rider is going to direct the film.
